Recent research shows that involvement in the Award has been voted the leading attribute - outside of educational qualifications - that employers find attractive when recruiting new staff.
Here in Brighton & Hove we take on around 700 new participants a year, and at any one time, there may be 2500 young people in the City working on their Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
